PROPERTY INTERVENTION FUND

The focus of the Property Fund was to develop South Yorkshire's property offer to attract new business investment, through the offer of a range of loans and grants to accelerate otherwise stalled developments.

Key growth sites at Doncaster Sheffield Airport and the Advanced Manufacturing Innovation District were prioritised, alongside Enterprise Zone sites.

This project, which has completed, includes a contribution from the Government’s Local Growth Fund resources which is part of the Government's continued investment in the Northern Powerhouse.

This investment is expected to deliver 775 jobs.
