DIGITAL MEDIA CENTRE 2 (DMC 02)

This scheme has acquired and refurbished the Core, an existing underutilised building within the boundary of the Digital Campus redevelopment area.  The total scheme has created around 2,320 sq.m of new business space.

This project, which is currently in delivery, includes a contribution from the Government’s Local Growth Fund resources which is part of the Government’s continued investment in the Northern Powerhouse.

SYMCA LGF allocation: £2,210,000
Total project cost: £3,160,000
