DN COLLEGES SPECIALIST VFX TRAINING EQUIPMENT

The scheme is installing specialist Visual effects (VFX) equipment to deliver special effects and digital animation courses designed by leading industry specialists to the DN Colleges Group. The equipment supports both academic and vocational courses in digital technology enabling students to achieve realistic job outcomes in this growing and dynamic sector.

This project, which is currently in delivery, includes a contribution from the Government’s Local Growth Fund resources which is part of the Government’s continued investment in the Northern Powerhouse.

SYMCA LGF allocation: £906,000
Total project cost: £1,546,000
