CENTURY BUSINESS CENTRE PHASE 2

Funding has been provided to facilitate a second phase of development at the popular Century Business Centre at Manvers, Rotherham. This phase will create around 17,000 sq. ft. of new floor space.

This high quality, publicly owned and operated employment space will be made available to business within the local area, as well as to the wider Borough and South Yorkshire region. Building on the first phase, this project will allow current occupants and other businesses to move to larger premises thereby freeing up smaller premises for new business starts as the Council looks to assist the economic recovery caused by the Covid pandemic.

SYMCA funds will be used to fund all elements of the development of new floor areas for office and clean manufacturing “move on” spaces ; excluding prelims, and site surveys that have already been paid for from the approved RMBC budget within the Councils Capital Programme.
